General Terms and Conditions
The registration deadline is 28 May 2024.
Your registration is considered final and is therefore legally binding.
Once you have registered, you will receive confirmation that your registration has been received. As soon as the minimum number of participants has been reached and the maximum number has not been exceeded, you will receive confirmation that you have been allocated a place on the course and will receive the invoice for the course costs by email, payable no later than two weeks before the start of the course. Participation in the course is subject to prior payment of the course fees.
The number of participants is limited and places in the course will be allocated in the order in which registrations are received.
The course will only be organised if there are enough registrations. If a course is cancelled by Shiatsu Praxis, Dana Martelli, the course fee will be refunded without deductions. Any liability for other costs is excluded.
The fee for cancellations received by email by 24 May 2024 is CHF 60. For cancellations received after 24 Mai 2024, the full workshop fee plus accommodation and breakfast costs at the workshop place will be owed, if booked.
If you do not attend the course without cancelling or if cancel after having started the workshop, you are not entitled to a refund. This also applies in the event of illness or accident. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
As a course participant, you assume full responsibility for yourself and your actions in connection with the course and release Shiatsu Praxis, Dana Martelli and the instructor from all liability claims. With your registration you recognise these General Terms and Conditions of Shiatsu Praxis, Dana Martelli. In the event of a postponement or cancellation of a course, you cannot claim compensation (with the exception of the course fee) or damages.
What is published on the website www.danamartelli.ch under data protection applies.
No filming or photography is permitted during lessons. The lecturer decides on exceptions with the consent of the participants.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies to all contracts. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
